For School Admins and Site Admins: name, work email, and a securely hashed password.

For students and teachers: name, phone number, and class details (board, standard, medium), whether your account was created directly or set up by your school. Phone numbers are used for sign-in and are never shared with other schools.

For schools: syllabus and past exam paper files a school or SSCMitra uploads, and the study material (chapters, summaries, quizzes, and tagged mock questions) generated from them.

If you enable notifications, a device identifier so we can deliver them to your device.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are collected and processed on our behalf by a secure payment provider — we do not see or store your full card or bank details ourselves.

To run the service: authenticating accounts, generating study material from uploaded syllabus content, and delivering it to the right students.

Uploaded content is processed by AI models to produce chapters, summaries, quizzes, and exam-prep tagging. This processing happens through infrastructure we operate — content is not sold or used to train third-party models beyond what's needed to generate your material.

We do not use student or school data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

Third-party AI providers, solely to generate study material from content your school uploads.

A third-party messaging provider, solely to deliver sign-in codes and account-recovery codes to students and teachers.

A notification service, solely to deliver reminders and alerts you've chosen to receive.

A payment provider, solely to process subscription payments, if you subscribe to a paid plan.

We don't share personal data with anyone else, except where required by law.

Passwords and PINs are stored as one-way hashes — we cannot see or recover them ourselves.

A school's uploaded content and generated study material are retained for as long as the school's account is active, and removed on request.

Infrastructure is self-hosted and access-controlled; we do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this console.

Schools can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of their data, and of any student or teacher records they administer, by contacting us below.

A student or teacher can ask their school's admin to update or remove their record at any time.
